WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION
Today large amount of Oil & Gas companies’ assets mainly consists of mature fields. Current approaches and methods of oil recovery are not always effective, so the issue of oil recovery enhancement becomes more and more important for all types of reservoirs. Low productivity reservoirs, High water-cut oilfields, high-viscosity oil, and fractured reservoirs show us importance of EOR methods application both as promising technologies and technology challenge to improve oil and gas development efficiency in current situation with low oil price.
The workshop will cover EOR methods, including thermal, gas, chemical and combined methods of layer stimulation, case studies and prospective application as well as implementation of new technologies.
